Sefirot Combination (Cycles of Seven Weeks):

1st day of Week 29 (the "Beast of Burden") and the 1st day (the "Rooster") of the 5th cycle ("Hod"), Chesed shebeChesed shebeHod, Kindness within Kindness within Glory/Acknowledgement.

Alef-Bet/Psalms (Cycles of 22 days):

21st day (the "Dew") of the 9th cycle ("Thick and Light Clouds"), Shin within the cycle of Peh and Tzadik (Shin-Tzadik, Tzadik-Shin) 

Lamentations:

They have heard how I sigh, [and] there is none to comfort me, all my enemies have heard of my trouble [and] are glad that You have done it; [if only] You had brought the day that You proclaimed [upon them] and let them be like me.

שָׁמְעוּ כִּי נֶאֱנָחָה אָנִי אֵין מְנַחֵם לִי כָּל אֹיְבַי שָׁמְעוּ רָעָתִי שָׂשׂוּ כִּי אַתָּה עָשִׂיתָ הֵבֵאתָ יוֹם קָרָאתָ וְיִהְיוּ כָמֹנִי:


Hayom Yom

Even one who is, G‑d forbid, orphaned from his father, declares before beginning the ma nishtana, "tateh ich vell ba dir freggen feer kashess" ("Father, I am going to ask you four questions"). In a similar vein, even one whose mother and father are, G‑d forbid, no longer alive, nonetheless says in birkat hamazon (grace after meals) "May the Merciful One bless my father my teacher, etc., my mother my teacher, etc." (p. 93).
